The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reported that Russia’s combined attack on Kyiv overnight on September 8 caused damage and fires in at least five districts of the capital.
In the Holosiivskyi district, a strike on a 26-story non-residential building caused structural damage on the 23rd floor, but no subsequent fire broke out.
