Kyiv has declared a red missile threat warning on the evening of Monday, Sept. 7, despite the supposed three-day ceasefire announced during the visit by US envoys. At 8:40 p.m., a local monitoring channel reported two jet-powered drones from the north heading toward the suburb of Brovary, immediately east of Kyiv, and another from the south toward the city of Kaharlyk, south of Kyiv. Ten minutes later, the channel reported one approaching the southern part of Kyiv’s left bank, and another flying on the right bank along the Dnipro River towards the south. At 8:45 p.m., the Ukrainian Air Force also cautioned locals in Kyiv to stay in shelter after reporting a jet-powered drone flying over the city.
