A new data center could come to Dallas, Texas.

Northampton Capital Partners has formed a joint venture with Provident Data Centers to develop a 54MW data center in the North Dallas Corridor in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

According to the partners, the data center is expected to come online in late 2027. The exact location of the proposed data center has not been disclosed.

In addition to the announced data center development, the companies also agreed to a framework to develop additional inference-ready data center sites in markets across the US.
