Wanita Hartnick’s family is desperate for answers after the 21-year-old missed her mother’s 50th birthday and failed to come home.
Hartnick was last seen leaving her Russell’s Rest home in Eerste River at around 2pm on 31 August 2026. Her family told police she was wearing a grey tracksuit, a blue beanie and black running shoes.
According to information the family gave to the police, the 21-year-old Hartnick was wearing a grey tracksuit, a blue beanie, and black running shoes.
The Western Cape police spokesperson, Sergeant Wesley Twigg, said there had been no leads on the missing woman's whereabouts.
