The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation on Saturday (September 5) seized three unauthorised constructions as part of its ongoing enforcement drive against violations of building regulations.

The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Saturday (September 5) carried out 24 demolitions and seized three unauthorised constructions as part of its ongoing enforcement drive against violations of building regulations across its three zones.Quthbullapur zone recorded the highest number of demolitions with 11 followed by seven in Serilingampally and six in Kukatpally.CMC enforcement teams conducted field-level inspections in all the three zones and identified 23 unauthorised structures for further action. Apart from the demolitions, officials served one notice during the day’s enforcement operations.The civic body said its teams were acting on both reported violations and cases identified during field inspections, following the prescribed procedure. CMC Commissioner directed Town Planning and enforcement officials to continue daily inspections, monitoring and enforcement action across all three zones. Published - September 05, 2026 07:48 pm IST
