All applications and complaints received during the Prajaseva Abhiyan, held every Saturday, will be systematically reviewed on Wednesdays in three stages, according to the government.A taluk-level review will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tahsildars and Taluk Panchayat Executive Officers will review the status of applications and complaints with their officers using software, and submit unresolved applications to Sub-Divisional Officers through E-Office.At the Sub-Divisional level, review will be conducted from 11 am to 1 pm. Assistant Commissioners of the Sub-Divisional Office consolidate and review the information received from the Taluk level. The matters or applications that are not resolved at their level are submitted to the Deputy Commissioner, an official release said.District-level review will be conducted from 3 pm to 5 pm. Deputy Commissioners consolidate the information received from the Sub-Divisional level and review it at the district level.Deputy Commissioners may direct district-level officers to appear in person if necessary. Sub-division and taluk-level officers may be allowed to participate through video or audio conference. At each stage, members of the public who are dissatisfied with the relief will have the opportunity to appear in person before the officer concerned and present their grievances.This system is intended to strengthen the existing weekly review system at the Deputy Commissioner level and, without creating any contradiction to it, will create a system of holding three levels of review meetings in a single day.A system will be implemented to automatically transfer applications and grievances not disposed of within the specified period to the head of the department concerned. Through this, action will be taken at the higher level of the department concerned on pending applications and grievances. One government Secretary has been appointed as the District In-charge Secretary for each district. They will visit the district on the first and third Friday of every month to make preliminary preparations and supervise the meeting to be held on Saturday under the chairmanship of the District In-charge Minister. Issues not resolved at the district level should be reviewed with state-level colleagues and other department secretaries, and the complaints should be forwarded to them through e-office to resolve the problems. For this, a portal for District In-charge Secretaries has been established. Progress will be reviewed by the Chief Secretary during the meeting of all secretaries held every month.The progress of disposal of pending applications and complaints in the districts is also reviewed during the meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister. Moreover, all District In-charge Ministers participate in the meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, discuss pending issues district/hobli/taluk/department-wise, and conduct necessary reviews to revise policies or schemes, the release said.
