Satish Jarkiholi, district in-charge Minister, will inaugurate the functioning of Prajaseva, the department of public grievance redressal, at Khanapur in Belagavi district on Saturday.He will launch the activities by chairing the first meeting in Lokamanya bhavan in Khanapur. MLA Vithal Halgekar, Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan, Zilla Panchayat CEO Rahul Shindhe, and SP K. Ramarajan will be present.Under the initiative, district-level public service movement meetings are being organised on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month under the chairmanship of the district in-chage Ministers. At the taluk level, MLAs will chair the meetings every 2nd and 4th Saturday. The public can submit their grievances at the offices of the Deputy Commissioners, tahsildar office, or gram panchayats.
