Taiwan-based Liteon Technology has purchased a 25 percent stake in DCX Liquid Cooling Systems, a Polish liquid cooling system provider, for $176 million.

DCX offers liquid cooling systems for AI and high-performance computing data centers, with expertise in coolant distribution units, facility coolant distribution units, cold plates, and immersion cooling systems.

Liteon has experience in AI server power management, rack-level power delivery, and 800VDC power architectures.

Liteon said it will leverage its partnership with DCX to expand product development, engineering innovation, manufacturing scale-up, and global go-to-market initiatives.
