…Warn against sales and distribution of illicit drugs
In its sustained crackdown on sales and distribution of illicit drugs in the State, operatives of the Delta State Police Command have arrested six suspects in Agbor and recovered illicit drugs from them.
Bright Edafe, Spokesman of the Command, noted that the names and ages of the arrested suspects included Anabel Haruna (18), Terhemen Faith (19), Kaityo Abigail (23), Iorkee Eunice (26), Osomuri Emmanuel (31), and a 15-year-old female juvenile whose identity was withheld.
He said that operatives of the Command’s Department of Operations made the arrests and recoveries while on routine patrol along Alegwe Street, off Owa Road, Agbor.
According to him, they acted on credible intelligence and raided a store suspected to be used for the sale of illicit drugs.
