ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) — Kyle Whittingham turned left out of his office on the second floor of Schembechler Hall and walked down a hallway for his midday workout, following a routine he has stuck with six days a week since July 1, 2008.
“Today’s a light one,” Whittingham said to a reporter on Tuesday.
Not quite.
Michigan’s first-year coach will turn 67 in November while preparing to play rival Ohio State, but the 6-foot, 220-pound former BYU, NFL and USFL linebacker looks fit enough to play some snaps for the Wolverines.
