Major-General Feroz Khan will face the independent medical examiner if fails to appear before the Madlanga Commission on September 28.
Madlanga Commission has postponed the testimony of Crime Intelligence deputy Feroz Khan to September 28 after failing to attend Tuesday’s proceedings because of his latest hospitalisation.
Commission chair Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga postponed Khan’s testimony after his lawyers appeared on his behalf and requested more time.
They also opposed the possible appointment of an independent medical examiner.
But Madlanga imposed strict conditions on any further absence.
