Morgan Stanley $MS upgraded Robinhood Markets stock to overweight from equal weight on Tuesday, lifting its price target from $124 to $150 — implying 43% upside from Monday's close, according to CNBC.

The bank's analyst Michael Cyprys made the case that Robinhood's potential to extract greater revenue from the customers it already has remains undervalued by investors. "HOOD's expanding platform is turning product velocity into stronger customer economics: more assets, activity and monetization per customer, supporting a longer growth runway than appreciated," Cyprys wrote in a note to clients.
