MANILA, Philippines — The Visayas and Mindanao grids enter September with new power alerts, threatening possible brownouts for consumers on Tuesday.
In an advisory, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines declared a red alert for seven hours over the Visayas, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
