MANILA, Philippines — Power interruptions may hit Visayan consumers Monday as supply stays tight across the Visayas and Mindanao grids.

In an advisory on Monday, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said the Visayas would again be under red alert on Monday for five hours, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
