MANILA, Philippines — The Visayas grid continues to suffer from a power supply crunch, prompting the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) to place the region under red alert for three hours on Friday.
In an advisory, the red alert would be up from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
