Manchester City have completed the signing of Brazilian winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras for a total package worth approximately €40 million, making the 22-year-old the club’s sixth acquisition of what has been a busy summer transfer window.
The deal, which was agreed around August 24 and formally announced on August 31, 2026, includes a fixed fee of roughly €37.5 million plus €2.5 million in performance-related add-ons. Elias has signed a five-year contract running until the summer of 2031, with an option to extend for an additional year.

Born on April 19, 2004, in Florianópolis, Brazil, Elias made his senior debut for Palmeiras in January 2025 and wasted very little time establishing himself as a regular in one of South American football’s most demanding environments. Across 96 appearances for the São Paulo-based club, he registered 9 goals and 12 assists.
Elias is primarily a right winger but has shown the ability to operate across multiple attacking positions. He was also part of the Palmeiras squads that claimed Campeonato Paulista titles in both 2024 and 2026, giving him experience in high-pressure knockout football at a relatively young age.
