STEFAN Joel Govindraju, accused of colluding with Gauteng health officials in alleged procurement fraud at Tembisa Hospital, has been granted R200,000 bail.
Govindraju, 37, appeared in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court sitting at the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ on Monday on charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering.
“The Hawks Serious Corruption Investigation continues its efforts to ensure that those involved in the Tembisa Hospital saga are brought to book,” the SAPS said in a statement.
