Tottenham Hotspur winger Mikey Moore is set to join Bundesliga club FC Koln on loan, while midfielder Pape Matar Sarr is set to spend the 2026-27 season with Juventus.Moore’s move is a straight loan deal, while Sarr’s loan move contains a conditional obligation to become a permanent transfer.Moore, 18, started Spurs’ opening Premier League game of the season, the 3-0 defeat to Brentford on August 22. The teenager also played the entirety of the 5-1 victory over Charlton Athletic on August 26, where he scored and provided an assist, in addition to coming off the bench in the 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United last Saturday,The winger spent the 2025-26 campaign on loan with Scottish Premiership side Rangers, where he scored seven goals across 47 appearances.The Athletic reported on July 7 that several clubs were monitoring a loan move for Moore, including Borussia Dortmund, but he is set to become the third English player to arrive at Koln this summer following Reigan Heskey and Jahmai Simpson-Pusey (who spent the second half of last season on loan at Koln), who both joined on permanent deals from Manchester City.Moore will spend the season on loan in Germany (Jose Manuel Alvarez Rey/Getty Images)Moore marked his 18th birthday by signing a new long-term contract with Spurs in August 2025.The England under-19 international became the north London club’s youngest player to play in the Premier League when he made his top-flight bow against Manchester City in May 2024, aged 16 years and 277 days.In 2024-25, Moore made 19 appearances under Ange Postecoglou and scored his first senior goal in the 3-0 Europa League win against Elfsborg.
