The total combat losses of Russian forces since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022, to August 29, 2026, amount to approximately 1,485,200 personnel, including 1,420 over the past 24 hours.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this on Facebook.
Russia has also lost 12,310 (+3) tanks, 25,241 (+4) armored combat vehicles, 48,774 (+25) artillery systems, 2,070 (+3) multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS), 1,593 (+0) air defense systems, 440 (+0) aircraft, 354 (+0) helicopters, 2,429 (+9) ground robotic systems, 486,384 (+1,360) operational-tactical UAVs, 5,060 (+0) cruise missiles, 35 (+0) ships and boats, 2 (+0) submarines, 141,059 (+318) vehicles and fuel trucks, and 4,608 (+4) pieces of special equipment.
