Coimbatore District Collector and Principal Census Officer Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar has urged residents to cooperate with enumerators conducting the first phase of Census 2027 through house-to-house digital data collection. The exercise will conclude on August 30.For the rural areas of the district, tahsildars of 10 taluks, excluding Coimbatore South, have been designated as Census charge officers.
