TVS Motor Company on Friday appointed Peyman Kargar as its Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 27, 2027, succeeding K N Radhakrishnan.Kargar currently works as the President of International Business at TVS Motor and will serve as a whole-time director and key managerial personnel for a five-year term, the company said in a regulatory filing.Radhakrishnan will continue as Director and CEO until January 27, 2027, after which he will serve as a non-executive director until the company's annual general meeting scheduled for July 2027.Kargar brings more than three decades of experience in the global automotive industry across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Before joining TVS Motor, he was Global Chairman and President of Infiniti, Nissan's luxury brand.
