In this video, Mikhail Varshavski, DO, who goes by "Dr. Mike," talks with fellow internet celebrity John Dela Cruz, BSN -- aka "Nurse John" -- about all things nursing.

Dela Cruz: There's probably like the nursing coordinators, social worker, nutritionist ... everyone is there. He came in to me, standing there right in front of the nursing station. "The next time I'm speaking, I need you to silent your mouth."
Varshavski: You're painting a very bleak picture of what it's like to be a nurse. Do you want to talk the audience out of becoming nurses?
Dela Cruz: You know, people are like, "John, you're making fun of the profession." I'm like, I'm not making fun of the profession. It's just sometimes humor is the only way for us to cope in this very dark workplace that we are in. And I'm using my humor and my knowledge, and my own experiences from when I was working as a nurse, to show the public and the things that we go through that people don't see. Because the only thing they see is that curtain in that triage area.
