Russian forces attacked the Kherson Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant overnight – the facility has sustained very serious damage, and Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the oblast military administration is urging residents to leave. According to Prokudin, Kherson may be left without electricity and heating for an extended period.
