The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Thursday, August 27, continued its enforcement drive against unauthorised constructions, demolishing 21 buildings across its three zones and identifying 54 violations during field-level inspections.According to the CMC, enforcement teams conducted inspections across Cyberabad on Thursday and identified 54 unauthorised constructions through field inspections and other sources. Of these, 21 buildings were demolished, 14 notices were served and one unauthorised construction was seized.The remaining 33 cases have been taken up for further demolition and other enforcement action in accordance with the prescribed procedure and applicable regulations, the civic body said.Of the 21 demolitions carried out on Thursday, nine were in the Serilingampally Zone, while six each were recorded in the Kukatpally and Quthbullapur zones.The CMC Commissioner has directed the Town Planning and enforcement teams to continue daily field inspections and maintain strict monitoring of unauthorised constructions.
