Ratko Mladic, the former Bosnian Serb military leader dubbed the "Butcher of Bosnia," has died aged 84 in a Hague prison hospital.
Mladic was convicted in 2016 and sentenced to life in prison for 11 counts of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The 1992-95 Bosnian war killed more than 100,000 people, displaced 2.2 million and saw an estimated 15,000 women raped under his command.
The 1995 Srebrenica massacre saw 8,000 Muslim men and boys systematically murdered while Dutch UN peacekeepers looked on helplessly.
