MANILA – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. received an honorary degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila on Thursday, challenging new graduates to define success by how they help others.
Marcos was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Laws — PLM’s highest honorary degree — at the university’s 58th Commencement Exercises in Pasay City.
