Ukraine's air defense forces neutralized one Oniks anti-ship missile, seven Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles, three S8000 Banderol missiles and 222 drones used by Russian forces to attack Ukraine from the evening of August 26.

According to Ukrinform, the Ukrainian Air Force said this on Telegram.

Starting at 18:00 on August 26, the enemy attacked Ukraine with two Oniks anti-ship missiles launched from temporarily occupied Crimea, Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles launched from Bryansk and Kursk regions, as well as 258 attack UAVs, including Shahed-type drones (about one-third of them jet-powered), Gerbera drones, S8000 Banderol drones and Parodiya decoy drones. The drones were launched from the directions of Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, temporarily occupied Donetsk and Hvardiiske in Crimea.

The main targets of the attack were Odesa, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Zaporizhzhia regions.
