A Russian attack damaged infrastructure, an educational institution and a multi-story residential building in Odesa.
According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, stated this in a Facebook post.
"For almost the entire night and morning, the enemy terrorized Odesa. As a result of the attack, infrastructure, an educational institution and a multi-story residential building were damaged," Lysak said.

"We are clarifying all the details. As of this moment, no casualties have been reported," the head of the military administration added.
