On the afternoon of July 22, Russian troops attacked a residential area in Odesa.
Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“The enemy attacked Odesa. Infrastructure has been damaged. There have been strikes on a residential area,” the message reads.

Later, Lysak added that two people were reported injured as a result of the attack.
