In Odesa on the afternoon of July 21, a residential building was damaged as a result of a Russian attack; two people are reported to have been injured.
According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy attacked Odesa. A residential building was damaged. There are casualties,” Lysak wrote.
The head of the Odesa City Military Administration added that details of the attack would be provided later.
Later, he reported that two casualties have been confirmed so far: One is a 17-year-old boy, and the other is a 23-year-old girl.
