Russian troops attacked Odesa; there are preliminary reports of casualties.
According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy has attacked Odesa again. Infrastructure has been damaged. Preliminary reports indicate there are casualties,” the message reads.
Information regarding the number of casualties and the extent of the damage is being verified.
Later, Lysak reported that three civilians were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa.
