According to Ukrinform, Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy attacked the infrastructure. Preliminary reports indicate there are casualties,” Lysak said.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of a missile heading toward Odesa.
