Russian forces attacked Odesa in the morning, damaging an educational facility.
According to Ukrinform, Odesa City Military Administration Head Serhii Lysak reported the attack on Telegram.
"From early morning, the enemy attacked Odesa. An educational facility was damaged. We are clarifying the details," Lysak said.
He added that a Day of Mourning had been declared in the city on July 16 for the three people killed in Russian attack on the previous day.
