Around 30,000 residents currently remain in the Sloviansk urban community in Donetsk region. The situation along evacuation routes is deteriorating.

Vadym Liakh, head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration, stated this during a TV broadcast, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"This month, a significantly larger number of people have left. Approximately 30,000 residents remain in the Sloviansk community. But I can still see that people are remaining, including children, unfortunately. Therefore, they need to leave urgently," the head of the community said.

He recalled that before the full-scale invasion, almost 100,000 people lived in the city.
