The Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) has sanctioned ₹46.42 lakhs under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme for procuring of a 500 KVA generator set for the Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital. The funding will ensure uninterrupted power supply for critical eye-care and surgeries.M. Sankar Babu, VPA secretary, handed over the first instalment of ₹23.21 lakhs to K.
