MANILA, Philippines – Prosecution counsel Amando Ligutan was reminded that while the impeachment court does not remove his role as a teacher, he must, however, set aside such role during impeachment trial.

“While we do not remove your hat as a teacher wherever you go, under the rules of the Senate, you unfortunately have to unbundle it,” Presiding Officer Francis Escudero said during Day 19 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial./dp
