At the heart of the special-order turntable is an Alu-MDF sandwich chassis, designed to provide high rigidity and effective internal damping. The sculpted plinth takes its form from the Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield logo, while a precision-milled aluminum top surface adds structural strength and a distinctive industrial finish.The drive system combines a diamond-cut aluminum sub-platter with a heavy glass main platter and a 915g Harley-Davidson record puck. Together, these components create a total moving mass of 2.75kg, helping to maintain stable and consistent playback speeds. The Harley-Davidson Turntable has an 8.6-inch S-shaped aluminum tonearm with an SME headshell, high-quality internal wiring and a TPE-damped counterweight. Its precision bearing construction has been designed for smooth and accurate arm movement as well as reliable cartridge tracking.
