Tacloban City prosecutors recommend the filing of charges for reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide and physical injuries against Police Staff Sergeant Arla Ray Paciencia
A non-commissioned police officer, Police Staff Sergeant Arla Ray Paciencia, has been indicted after her gun was used by her minor nephew in a school shooting in Tacloban City that resulted in three deaths and 20 injuries.
The Department of Justice confirmed that charges for reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide and physical injuries will be filed against Paciencia, who has been relieved from duty amid the investigation.
