The Niger State Governor, Mohammed Bago has charged Christians in the state to actively participate in politics to enable them gain political appointments.
Bago made this declaration in an interview during which he was represented by the Coordinator, Christian Affairs, Pastor Isah Lawrence.
While the interview session lasted, the governor repeatedly admonished Christians to participate and earn appointments or selective positions.
Bago observed, “Christians have not been fully participating in politics either with their time, finances and sacrifices. It is time to work as one faith.
