Videos of young people joyriding in stolen cars or inhaling laughing gas behind the wheel are becoming ever more prevalent across TikTok and Snapchat.Defence minister Luke Pollard said the Government had ordered social media companies to remove these videos from their platforms. But do you think enough is being done?
