(AP Photo/Jeff Chiu)According to WKBN, York, 46, was arrested Sunday in East Palestine on charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools. On Monday morning, he pleaded no contest to both charges. Court records obtained by USA Today and WKBN show that York was sentenced to one day in the Columbiana County Jail for each charge, to be served concurrently with credit for time served. He was also fined $1,150.York, a Youngstown, Ohio, native, has been the 49ers' CEO since December 2008 and became the team's principal owner in 2024. TMZ and the New York Post reported that prosecutors reduced the original charge of engaging in prostitution to misdemeanor disorderly conduct.Jed York's familyJed York comes from the DeBartolo family, which has a long history with the 49ers.His mother, Denise DeBartolo York, is a co-chair of the 49ers and the sister of former 49ers owner Edward J. The family lives in Los Altos Hills, California.Jed is the oldest of four siblings. He has twin sisters, Jenna and Mara. His younger brother, Tony, died in 2018.Today, York serves as the 49ers' principal owner and CEO.
