Russian forces launched an MLRS strike on the town of Izium in the Kharkiv region, killing a 46-year-old man and injuring a 13-year-old girl.
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this, according to Ukrinform.

According to the investigation, the strike occurred at around 8:15 on August 24.
The enemy is preliminarily believed to have used a Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher. The impact was recorded in the ground near residential buildings.
