As a result of a Russian strike with a guided aerial bomb on the city of Izium in Kharkiv region, three people were injured, two of them children.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, stated this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"In Izium, two children were injured as a result of an enemy KAB attack. An 8-year-old boy suffered blast injuries, and a 16-year-old girl suffered injuries from glass. A 40-year-old man was also injured by glass," Syniehubov said.
This is the second Russian strike of the day, July 17. As reported by the Izium City Military Administration, around 09:10 the Russians attacked the city with two "Banderol" munitions.
Later, the head of the regional administration reported that a 13-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction.
