On August 23, there were 231 combat clashes between the Ukrainian Defense Forces and Russian invaders, with 35 enemy attacks recorded on the Kostiantynivka direction.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was stated in a Facebook post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the situation as of 8:00 a.m. Monday, August 24.

The Russian army launched 95 airstrikes using 299 guided aerial bombs, deployed 10,747 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,110 attacks, including 29 using multiple launch rocket systems.

Artillery fire hit Neskuchne, Bachivsk, Rohizne, Ulanove, Sopych, Korenok, Shpyl, Budky, Volfyne, and Yastrubshchyna in Sumy region, as well as Kryvusha and Semenivka in Chernihiv region. The enemy also carried out an airstrike on the area of Tovstodubove.

Ukrainian Defense Forces aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck eight areas where enemy personnel were concentrated, six UAV control posts, five pieces of artillery, one command post, one communications hub, two multiple launch rocket systems, and one radar station belonging to Russian forces.
