Wholesale chain Makro opens in 4 Ayala estates

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) is bringing wholesale retailer Makro to four of its mixed-use estates in Luzon, strengthening its recurring income portfolio while adding new commercial anchors to its developments.

The Zobel-led property giant said it signed land lease agreements with Makro Philippines covering Cloverleaf in Balintawak, Quezon City; Broadfield in Biñan, Laguna; Arca South in Taguig City; and Evo City in Kawit, Cavite.
