MANILA, Philippines – Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and Eton Properties are stepping up the development of their 35-hectare (ha) Parklinks estate that straddles Quezon City and Pasig, with a shopping mall set to become the centerpiece of the next growth phase.
In a disclosure on Monday, the Zobel-led property developer said the Parklinks Mall is scheduled to open in 2027.
The retail hub will have a gross floor area of 69,000 square meters (sq m), including about 41,000 sq m of leasable retail space.
It is expected to house a curated mix of retail, dining, lifestyle and community spaces serving both residents and visitors of the estate.
