Political support group, Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria, RTIFN, has said the establishment of the South East Development Commission, SEDC, under President Bola Tinubu will serve as a catalyst for boosting the industrial and economic potential of the South-East region.
The group said the Tinubu administration has recorded significant achievements across various sectors in the South-East and called on the people of the region to support the President’s re-election in 2027.
It identified road construction, infrastructure development, the Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, the SEDC, agriculture, security and other sectors as key areas where the administration has made an impact.
The group stated this during a South-East Regional Town Hall Meeting, which brought together more than 5,000 grassroots mobilisers for President Tinubu at the International Convention Centre in Anambra State.
Speaking at the event, the Director-General of RTIFN, Ahmed Bala, represented by the National Director of Town Hall and Special Duties, Dr Farida Deborah Ibrahim, highlighted the achievements of the Tinubu administration in road construction, infrastructure development, regional stability, security, education through the NELFUND initiative and federal partnerships aimed at strengthening commercial activities across the South-East.
