…Says Governor Will Deliver Kogi to Tinubu
The Jagaban Grassroots Movement has congratulated Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, on his appointment as Deputy Director in charge of Finance of the Presidential Campaign Council, describing the appointment as a recognition of his leadership capacity, organisational ability and commitment to the success of the party.
In a statement by the Coordinator of the group, Hon. Samuel Obasun, the movement said Ododo’s appointment, alongside his designation as Kogi State Coordinator of the campaign, would further energise party members and supporters across the state towards securing victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the January presidential election.
Obasun said the governor had maintained peace, discipline and unity within the party in Kogi State, adding that the political structure under his leadership had positioned the state for a decisive victory at the polls.
“The appointment of Governor Ododo as Deputy Director in charge of Finance of the Presidential Campaign Council is well deserved. His appointment as the Kogi State Coordinator of the campaign will further spur all the Ododo foot soldiers to work harder and deliver Kogi State to Mr President.
