Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda arrived in Kyiv on the morning of August 23
According to Ukrinform, he announced this on X.
“Over the next two days, I will take part in events marking Flag Day and Ukraine’s Independence Day, meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky, and participate in discussions with our allies from the Nordic and Baltic countries, as well as in a meeting of the ‘Coalition of the Willing,’” Nausėda said, outlining his plans.
He also emphasized that Lithuania stands with Ukraine today — “as it celebrates its national holidays — and always.”
