MANILA – Starting August 24, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is rolling out a new search feature on its MayHuliKa portal, enabling motorists to view all No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) violation records linked to a specific vehicle.
In a Friday advisory, the agency announced that motorists can check their records using two combinations: a plate number paired with a ticket number, or a plate number paired with a motor vehicle file number.
The first option is for those who have received a notice of violation or traffic ticket, while the second allows users to view all NCAP violation records of a vehicle.
